We would like to share some good news; the studio is delighted to announce five internal promotions, made in recognition of our colleagues’ contribution to the growth of the company.

We continue to enjoy success across London and around the UK and with our increasing global reach, these promotions further strengthen our senior design team.

David Marcos and Michael Flanagan are promoted to the position of Senior Architect. Having worked in Spain and Italy, David draws upon a wealth of international experience to deliver high-end, residential projects across London. He has also worked in Guinea-Bissau, where he designed and delivered a luxury hotel complex. Before moving to London, Michael worked on several high-profile projects including the SPU Library in Seattle. With a strong interest in the arts and sociology, Michael seeks to create environments that are both visually appealing and thought provoking.

Auguste Juozapaviciute is promoted to the post of Associate. Auguste is committed to sustainable architecture and has a passion for natural materials. With a keen eye for detail, she works closely with our clients to deliver designs that are beautiful, functional and responsible.

Maria Zappone and Ruben Iglesias have been promoted to Senior Associates. Maria has worked on prime residential projects throughout her career both in Australia and the UK. With a focus on the detail, Maria has proven experience in interior design, technical design and on-site construction. Ruben has lived and worked in some of Europe’s most significant cities and brings this experience to KSR where he has designed and delivered a range of mixed-use and high-end residential projects. With an interest in sustainable architecture, Ruben heads up our Sustainability Group.
