Due to our continuing success, we are currently recruiting for the following positions:
 
Project Architect
We are looking for an architect/ designer with 2 to 5 years’ UK experience to work on a variety of residential developments in the UK and overseas. The successful candidate will have proven experience of running projects and managing a team, preferably for high end residential projects. Applicants must demonstrate strong design, communication skills with good technical and construction knowledge and familiarity with regulations.
 
KSR is committed to working in a 3D BIM environment therefore Revit competence is essential.

 
Part II/ Recently Qualified Architect
We are looking for an all-round designer with Revit knowledge and UK experience to work on a range of high-end residential developments in London and abroad at various stages. Experience of the luxury housing sector is an advantage, Applicants must demonstrate strong design and presentation skills, good technical and construction knowledge and familiarity with regulations.
 
This is an ideal position for someone taking their Part IIIs as KSR provides excellent mentoring and has a 100% pass record.

Digital Graphic Designer
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic team player with an interest in design and a good graphic design eye to help support our interior designers and architects by dealing with a wide and varied set of creative graphical challenges – creating digital assets which will be used for our online presence. Experience of, or a keen interest in AI is essential.

 
The role includes:
• Maintaining our online presence to support our brand identity
• Creating digital content for our website and social media
• Capturing content at events and site visits
• Supporting our architects and interior designers in the creation of presentations/ pitches
• Managing our image library

 
Essential Skills
• Significant interest in architecture/ design
• Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and (ideally) Premiere Pro
• Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years of proven experience in a creative digital design role
• Good organisational skills
• Keen user of social media
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
