Part 2/ Recently Qualified Architect

We are looking for an all-round designer with Revit knowledge and UK experience to work on a range of residential developments in London at various stages.  Applicants must demonstrate strong design and presentation skills, good technical and construction knowledge and familiarity with regulations.

This is an ideal position for someone taking their Part 3s as KSR provides excellent mentoring and has a 100% pass record.

KSR is committed to working in a 3D BIM environment therefore Revit competence is essential.

Senior Interior Designer with FF&E Expertise

KSR has a number of high end residential projects with luxury interiors and is looking for a senior all-round Interior Designer with extensive knowledge of FF&E to join our team. Applicants should have 5+ years’ UK experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering high quality interiors for private homes.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong design and presentation skills for this client-facing role. You must be familiar with current interior trends and have a passion for high quality products, materials, and detail.

Candidates need to be able to communicate design ideas using hand sketches and samples, as well as usual presentation software such as InDesign, Sketch Up and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have management skills, good technical knowledge and relevant site experience, and knowledge of EstiPC.

KSR is committed to working in a 3D BIM environment therefore Revit knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
