Partners at KSR, Sam Cooke and Dan Curtin will be going to MIPIM.

Considered to be the premier, global real estate event, the exhibition and conference attracts some of the most influential players from all sectors of the international property world.

The four-day event will be taking place 12-15 March, in Cannes and is expected to draw around 22,500 delegates from over 90 countries.

We are delighted to announce IO House has been presented with two 2023 OPAL Awards.

 

IO House, an elegant yet playful family home, triumphed in the categories of Architectural Design / House Interior and Architectural Design / Residential Single.

 

The Outstanding Property Awards London, OPAL, is a well-established global programme. With offices in London, Budapest, Bangkok and Los Angeles, the awards attract entries from around the world. Celebrating creativity within the global built environment, the international jury, consisting of 30 property experts, evaluates each entry against the criteria of design excellence, practicality and functionality, green design and originality. With competition from across the UK and Europe, Asia and America, we are thrilled IO House has been recognised by the OPAL jury.

At KSR Architects & Interior Designers, we specialise in creating beautiful and ultimately bespoke homes. IO House, an elegant yet playful family home, triumphed in the categories of Residential Property for London and Architecture Single Residence for London. The awards celebrate the very best of architecture and design across the UK.

A summer of fun in aid of Afrika Tikkun

Over the summer months, the team at KSR Architects & Interior Designers embarked upon a lively programme of fundraising events for Afrika Tikkun, a charity dedicated to transforming communities in South Africa by supporting vulnerable children and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in life.

Planning success for Grade II Listed Building

We are delighted to announce we have received full planning permission for the refurbishment of a magnificent Grade II listed building.

 

Located on the Grosvenor Estate within the Mayfair Conservation Area, our plans focus on the interior architecture with minimal intervention to the grand external façade.

 

Removing the contemporary additions, introduced over past decades, our designs will reinstate the original features lost or considerably altered throughout all floors within the property.

The 2023 KSR pub quiz in aid of Afrika Tikkun

We would like to thank everyone who took part in the much anticipated, 2023 KSR Pub Quiz.

 

The event was held to raise funds for Afrika Tikkun, a charity dedicated to transforming communities in South Africa by supporting vulnerable children and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in life. Proceeds from a raffle, drawn on the night, boosted the total amount raised to over £2,600.

 

Quiz Master, and Partner here at KSR, Dan Curtin, challenged the eleven participating teams with rounds including ‘Questions my 3-year-old could answer’ and the more-difficult-than-it-sounds ‘Which dinosaur am I?’
