We are delighted to announce IO House has been presented with two 2023 OPAL Awards.   IO House, an elegant yet playful family home, triumphed in the categories of Architectural Design / House Interior and Architectural Design / Residential Single.   The Outstanding Property Awards London, OPAL, is a well-established global programme. With offices in London, Budapest, Bangkok and Los Angeles, the awards attract entries from around the world. Celebrating creativity within the global built environment, the international jury, consisting of 30 property experts, evaluates each entry against the criteria of design excellence, practicality and functionality, green design and originality. With competition from across the UK and Europe, Asia and America, we are thrilled IO House has been recognised by the OPAL jury.

We are delighted to announce that KSR Architects & Interior Designers has won two UK Property Awards.   IO House, an elegant yet playful family home, triumphed in the categories of Residential Property for London and Architecture Single Residence for London. The awards celebrate the very best of architecture and design across the UK.

It was a big night for the grand residence on Avenue Road. At the Design et al International Design & Architecture Awards 2023, the magnificent house picked up the award for Residential Swimming Pool 2023 and was named Global Project Award 2023 Winner.   Huge congratulations to Mdesign London and the entire team on delivering such a beautiful home.   As the architects on the project, KSR’s role was to translate and realise the complex and highly detailed interiors. Coordinating the various building disciplines, we worked together to create an exceptional residence; a sophisticated home that enjoys a refined sense of luxury.   Seung-Hoon Yang (left), and Maria Zappone, (centre) from KSR attended the awards’ ceremony and are pictured here with Rupal Shah (right), Senior Interior Designer at Mdesign London.   Read more about this project here.

We are delighted to announce that our interiors project has been shortlisted for British Homes Awards as part of the Best Interior Design: Individual Home category.

Lamorna House has been featured in Prime Resi and Amazing Architecture this week. We were commissioned by an ambitious couple to remodel and enhance space to their existing three-storey home in St John’s Wood Conservation Area.

Our latest multi-residential development is featured in Ham & High. The project offered a unique opportunity to develop a new build in the heart of Hampstead.

Arch Daily has featured one of our favourite international projects. Imbizo House is a holiday home set high in the hills above the picturesque fishing town of Knysna.
