Lamorna House has been featured in Prime Resi and Amazing Architecture this week. We were commissioned by an ambitious couple to remodel and enhance space to their existing three-storey home in St John’s Wood Conservation Area.

We worked closely with Clifton Interiors for a fun and contemporary design whilst retaining some of characteristics of the original property, formerly part of a chapel. Read Amazing Architecture and Prime Resi articles.

A big night for a grand residence

It was a big night for the grand residence on Avenue Road. At the Design et al International Design & Architecture Awards 2023, the magnificent house picked up the award for Residential Swimming Pool 2023 and was named Global Project Award 2023 Winner. Huge congratulations to Mdesign London and the entire team on delivering such a beautiful home. As the architects on the project, KSR’s role was to translate and realise the complex and highly detailed interiors. Coordinating the various building disciplines, we worked together to create an exceptional residence; a sophisticated home that enjoys a refined sense of luxury. Hampstead Home Granted Planning Permission

We’re delighted to have secured planning approval for the complete renovation and extension to a family home in Hampstead’s conservation area. This carefully considered design balances contemporary living with heritage sensitivity, overcoming a complex planning process in collaboration with Camden Council.
