We are excited – and extremely proud – to announce KSR Architects & Interior Designers has won a third UK Property Award.

It was a big night for the grand residence on Avenue Road. At the Design et al International Design & Architecture Awards 2023, the magnificent house picked up the award for Residential Swimming Pool 2023 and was named Global Project Award 2023 Winner.   Huge congratulations to Mdesign London and the entire team on delivering such a beautiful home.   As the architects on the project, KSR’s role was to translate and realise the complex and highly detailed interiors. We are delighted to announce that KSR Architects & Interior Designers has won two UK Property Awards.   IO House, an elegant yet playful family home, triumphed in the categories of Residential Property for London and Architecture Single Residence for London. The awards celebrate the very best of architecture and design across the UK.

We would like to thank everyone who took part in the much anticipated, 2023 KSR Pub Quiz.   The event was held to raise funds for Afrika Tikkun, a charity dedicated to transforming communities in South Africa by supporting vulnerable children and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in life. Proceeds from a raffle, drawn on the night, boosted the total amount raised to over £2,600.   Quiz Master, and Partner here at KSR, Dan Curtin, challenged the eleven participating teams with rounds including ‘Questions my 3-year-old could answer’ and the more-difficult-than-it-sounds ‘Which dinosaur am I?’
