Planning success for project in Welsh countryside

We are delighted to announce we have received full planning permission for the refurbishment of a magnificent Grade II listed building.   Located on the Grosvenor Estate within the Mayfair Conservation Area, our plans focus on the interior architecture with minimal intervention to the grand external façade.   Removing the contemporary additions, introduced over past decades, our designs will reinstate the original features lost or considerably altered throughout all floors within the property.

KSR has received planning permission and Listed Building Consent for internal modifications and a new side extension to a large duplex apartment in Hampstead.
