Akaya Horizon, our latest beachfront villa in Antigua, is a spectacular 22,000 sq ft residence, now shortlisted for the prestigious Design et al Awards 2026.
We are incredibly proud for the project to be recognised across all three categories, each reflecting a different aspect of its design ambition, quality and market positioning.
Akaya Horizon sets a benchmark for ultra-luxury living through privacy, intuitive flow and fluid indoor-outdoor integration. Set along Antigua’s pristine coastline, the residence unfolds as a collection of private and shared spaces, each oriented to capture expansive sea views while ensuring complete seclusion.
Spanning a single level, the design promotes effortless movement and a calm, unbroken spatial experience. A restrained palette of natural materials reinforces a sense of barefoot luxury, while our unified approach to architecture, interiors and landscape balances scale with intimacy to establish a new standard for contemporary Caribbean living.
