Planning Success for Avenue Road Home

We are delighted to announce we have received full planning permission for the refurbishment of a magnificent Grade II listed building.   Located on the Grosvenor Estate within the Mayfair Conservation Area, our plans focus on the interior architecture with minimal intervention to the grand external façade.   Removing the contemporary additions, introduced over past decades, our designs will reinstate the original features lost or considerably altered throughout all floors within the property.

KSR is thrilled to announce that we have received planning permission for a family home in the heart of County Wexford, Ireland. Set in the Irish countryside, the design draws inspiration from the surrounding agricultural architecture, creating a connection with its rural setting.

We’re delighted to have secured planning approval for the complete renovation and extension to a family home in Hampstead’s conservation area. This carefully considered design balances contemporary living with heritage sensitivity, overcoming a complex planning process in collaboration with Camden Council.

We would like to thank everyone who took part in the much anticipated, 2023 KSR Pub Quiz.   The event was held to raise funds for Afrika Tikkun, a charity dedicated to transforming communities in South Africa by supporting vulnerable children and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in life. Proceeds from a raffle, drawn on the night, boosted the total amount raised to over £2,600.   Quiz Master, and Partner here at KSR, Dan Curtin, challenged the eleven participating teams with rounds including ‘Questions my 3-year-old could answer’ and the more-difficult-than-it-sounds ‘Which dinosaur am I?’
