KSR Architects and Interior Designers is delighted to announce that Ruben Iglesias Fernández has been promoted to Director.

As a Director, we are excited for Ruben to continue to contribute his valued experience gained from living and working in some of Europe’s most significant cities and his range of knowledge from designing and delivering a variety of projects, from mixed-used to high-end residential.

We are thrilled to have Ruben take on this role within the practice.

A Summer of Fun in Aid of Afrika Tikkun

Over the summer months, the team at KSR Architects & Interior Designers embarked upon a lively programme of fundraising events for Afrika Tikkun, a charity dedicated to transforming communities in South Africa by supporting vulnerable children and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in life.

Meet us at MIPIM

Partners at KSR, Sam Cooke and Dan Curtin will be going to MIPIM. Considered to be the premier, global real estate event, the exhibition and conference attracts some of the most influential players from all sectors of the international property world. The four-day event will be taking place 12-15 March, in Cannes and is expected to draw around 22,500 delegates from over 90 countries.

Work Expereince

Last Friday marked the end of Rafi’s two weeklong work experience with us at KSR. Just about to start his final school year, Rafi is exploring architecture as a future career path. Omar Mostafa, Architectural Assistant, acted as his mentor and guide during his time here and shared his knowledge and skills with Rafi.

Progress On-Site for The Kenwood

We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates from The Kenwood—a spectacular new-build private home that’s well underway on-site! This impressive property will feature a vast leisure basement, gracious living spaces, and 10 luxurious bedroom suites, including a jaw-dropping principal suite covering 115 square metres.
