KSR has recently received an enhanced planning permission for a development at 25 The Bishop’s Avenue, a road of international renown. Working with Michael Burroughs Associates, the original planning permission was inherited when our client bought the site and, with our knowledge of the area and market intelligence, KSR has maximised values with the latest enhancements. The eight 2 and 3-bed apartments are principally aimed at people downsizing from the large luxury dwellings of North London with KSR providing both architectural and interior design services.
The design references the stately Edwardian and Arts & Crafts style buildings in the Hampstead and Highgate area, with careful attention paid to the quality of materials and detailing.
Each apartment features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, in an eclectic contemporary style, and are furnished to allow new owners to incorporate their own art and personal character.
Work has recently started on site, and it is expected that this new building will be a popular addition to the avenue, due for completion in 2025.
