On-Site: North London Project

Some projects come full circle and Blackbird House is one of them.   KSR first designed the architecture for the home in 2011. Ten years later, when the property was purchased by its new owners, we were invited back to design the interiors. . It was a wonderful opportunity to reimagine the interiors for a new family while remaining true to the original architectural vision. The result is a home that feels both familiar and refreshed, thoughtfully tailored to its new owners.

We’re delighted to have secured planning approval for the complete renovation and extension to a family home in Hampstead’s conservation area. This carefully considered design balances contemporary living with heritage sensitivity, overcoming a complex planning process in collaboration with Camden Council.

We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates from The Kenwood—a spectacular new-build private home that’s well underway on-site!   This impressive property will feature a vast leisure basement, gracious living spaces, and 10 luxurious bedroom suites, including a jaw-dropping principal suite covering 115 square metres.

We are delighted to celebrate that our project has been shortlisted for the Design et al awards 2026 across four prestigious categories.

KSR Architects and Interior Designers is delighted to announce that Ruben Iglesias Fernández has been promoted to Director.   As a Director, we are excited for Ruben to continue to contribute his valued experience gained from living and working in some of Europe’s most significant cities and his range of knowledge from designing and delivering a variety of projects, from mixed-used to high-end residential.   We are thrilled to have Ruben take on this role within the practice.
