We are delighted to share that IO House is featured in the Financial Times.   Described as a ‘blueprint for the future of the smart home’, the property combines contemporary architecture, elegant interior design and cutting-edge technology with the warmth and fun of a family home.

It was a big night for the grand residence on Avenue Road. At the Design et al International Design & Architecture Awards 2023, the magnificent house picked up the award for Residential Swimming Pool 2023 and was named Global Project Award 2023 Winner.
