We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates from The Kenwood—a spectacular new-build private home that’s well underway on-site!
This impressive property will feature a vast leisure basement, gracious living spaces, and 10 luxurious bedroom suites, including a jaw-dropping principal suite covering 115 square metres.
This moment feels extra special for us at KSR. After 12 years in the making—navigating planning permissions, client decisions, and a few quiet periods—seeing this project come to life is incredibly rewarding.
The final design is a stunning home that pays homage to its prestigious surroundings. Thoughtfully crafted, it incorporates traditional detailing inside and out, while echoing the design of the original building on-site.
On-site, we’ve hit some big milestones…
The major excavation works are complete, clearing the way for the impressive basement. The top-down slab is in place—strong enough to support a 17-tonne fire truck—and the ground-floor slab is complete! Works have commenced on the first-floor slab and the rest of the reinforced concrete structures above ground are quickly progressing.
