Planning Permission Approved for Mayfair Restoration

We’re delighted to have secured planning approval for the complete renovation and extension to a family home in Hampstead’s conservation area. This carefully considered design balances contemporary living with heritage sensitivity, overcoming a complex planning process in collaboration with Camden Council.

KSR has recently received an enhanced planning permission for a development at 25 The Bishop’s Avenue, a road of international renown. Working with Michael Burroughs Associates, the original planning permission was inherited when our client bought the site and, with our knowledge of the area and market intelligence, KSR has maximised values with the latest enhancements.

KSR is thrilled to announce that we have received planning permission for a family home in the heart of County Wexford, Ireland. Set in the Irish countryside, the design draws inspiration from the surrounding agricultural architecture, creating a connection with its rural setting.

It was a big night for the grand residence on Avenue Road. At the Design et al International Design & Architecture Awards 2023, the magnificent house picked up the award for Residential Swimming Pool 2023 and was named Global Project Award 2023 Winner.   Huge congratulations to Mdesign London and the entire team on delivering such a beautiful home.   As the architects on the project, KSR’s role was to translate and realise the complex and highly detailed interiors.
