The whole house was completely refurbished, while the extension box added extra living space and opened up the house to the garden. The house is in a conservation area and the project went through a series of strategic planning applications to achieve the desired transformation. This is one of 8 developments KSR Architects has designed on Hamilton Terrace, one of St John’s Wood’s finest roads.
