Combining multiple sites on Millionaire’s Row, the Bishop’s Estate was designed as a Super Villa; the 40,000ft ultra contemporary home in a ‘Tel Aviv modern’ style was integrated into a rolling estate garden. Art and expansive social courtyards were wrapped by open plan family and entertaining spaces under cantilevering concrete roofs and sliding glass panels. The Super Villa enclosed mini gardens to capture views of nature and allow vast amounts of natural light into the spaces. The epic design included underground parking garages and discreet security and staffing areas. The design incorporated natural materials with state of the art technology.
