Set within one of Hampstead’s most prestigious addresses, Greenaway Gardens is a considered transformation of an exceptional home. Our vision is to introduce a thoughtfully designed rear extension that enhances the connection to the garden while respecting the property’s existing character and heritage.
The proposed extension introduces a contemporary architectural language through soft pale brickwork, contrasting with the original red brick, while deep column reveals frame views of the landscape and floor-to-ceiling glazing creates a seamless flow between indoors and out. Carefully positioned roof lights further enhance the sense of openness and natural light.
Alongside the architectural design, we are developing the interior design and FF&E scheme, introducing a contemporary yet timeless elegance that complements the existing home. Through refined materials, considered furnishings and cohesive detailing, we are creating interiors that feel fresh, enduring and naturally connected to the wider property.
