The Hard Work Pays Off: A Massive Well Done!
09 December 2025 / Studio NewsIt’s a big year for the team here at KSR! We are thrilled to share that Caleb, Omar & Jun have officially received their Part 3 qualifications.
The transition from “Part 2 Assistant” to “Architect” is one of the most challenging periods in a designer’s career. It involves balancing a full-time job in the studio with evenings and weekends buried in books, writing case studies, and preparing for the dreaded interview. It is a true test of stamina, energy, and dedication.
We have seen first hand the effort that has been put in over the last year. We know it hasn’t been easy juggling deadlines in the office with study deadlines at home, but they have handled it with grace and determination.
Seeing our team develop is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We are so proud to have supported them through this process and even prouder to now call them our colleagues and fellow Architects.
