Virginia is an integral part of KSR in supporting the team, mentoring young designers and overseeing our marketing strategy.

She retains a strong interest in architecture and has a particular experience in dealing with listed buildings and sensitive sites, especially conservation areas, which require a considered response. At a local level, Virginia sits on the St John’s Wood Society Planning Group which is consulted by Westminster on all planning applications in the area.

Virginia takes an active role in the profession and has sat on the RIBA Board as well as various RIBA committees which influence the way in which architects work. She is a keen promoter of equal opportunities in architecture and the wider construction industry, being a founder member of Architects For Change and previously RIBA Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Champion.
