FF&E SERVICES
As an FF&E interior design specialist we are responsible for the final delivery of your project’s furniture, fixtures and fittings, ensuring your FF&E costs are on budget. We offer end to end management solutions covering specification, procurement and installation.
FF&E – Concept Stage
During the concept & selection stage we will present furniture and accessories for you to agreement. This includes:
• Furniture and lighting style proposals
• Furniture plans
• Furniture selection (including external areas)
• Developing furniture & feature lighting selection
• Budget pricing and delivery dates / lead times
• Showroom visits with you as required
• Local product research
FF&E – Procurement & Administration
During the procurement stage we will ensure the purchasing of furniture is fully coordinated with site delivery. This will take place over the duration of the construction period and will include the following:
• Placing furniture orders
• Organising furniture to be delivered to a safe holding location until site is available for delivery
FF&E Installation
During the installation stage we will ensure the furniture is fully coordinated with site delivery. This will include the following:
• Placement of furniture and accessories on site
• Interior styling
