Inside, the house is bright and spacious and a circulation spine allows rooms to flow and meld. The tranquil colour palette enhances this sense of lightness within. That said, a warmth permeates throughout the property with cosy moments punctuating the clean lines and flexible living space.

Finishes and textures are contemporary yet timeless. Madagascan marble, back-lit onyx and natural wood create an atmosphere of ‘Boutique luxury’.

The KSR team takes time to get to know its clients and in celebration of the family’s very distinct personality, this house is full of technology, innovation and fun. A ‘Floating’, colour-changing staircase, moving digital walls, water curtains, holograms and illusion art add to the mystery of this extraordinary home. Two giant chrome slides, entered via a camera iris portal, provide a speedy journey between floors and deliver passengers to the gym, spa, subterranean pool and cinema, all located on the Leisure Level.

The KSR Interior Design team was responsible for the furniture, fixtures and fittings. Positioning exquisite furniture and accessories throughout the house – and out onto the integrated garden terrace – the team continues to work with the client on interior styling.

The team worked closely with the client and an art consultant to compile an eclectic collection of modern work that is on display throughout the house.
