This project was won by KSR Architects in a limited competition by developer Regime in conjunction with Network Housing Association and planning consultants, Montagu Evans.

The project achieves the high levels of density called for by the Government and provides 55 luxury apartments within a private housing block, all with their own balconies and terraces. An adjacent affordable housing block contains 55 high quality flats with eight mews houses.
