Considering the site as a whole, the scope stretched from the provision of a detailed masterplan to the delivery of new home design concepts. The aim was to create a picturesque community within the beautiful countryside setting; a safe and successful district close to the river and surrounding forest.

Delivered over six phases, around 420 new houses were incorporated within KSR’s masterplan. The residential elements were complemented by a commercial zone and new school. KSR’s review also considered the entrance to the development and commercial zone, a growing business district located to the east of the site.

The completed residences reflect the charm of the English countryside. Set back from the street, KSR’s design encouraged the introduction of front gardens and an elevated sense of entrance to each property.
