KSR Was the lead designer for the new village masterplan. Considering the site as a whole, the scope stretched from the provision of a detailed masterplan to the delivery of new home design concepts. The aim was to create a picturesque community within the beautiful countryside setting; a safe and successful district close to the river and surrounding forest.

Delivered over six phases, around 420 new houses were incorporated within KSR’s masterplan. The residential elements was complemented by a commercial zone and new school.

KSR’s review also considered the entrance to the development and commercial zone, a growing business district located to the east of the site.
