115 apartments in a phased listed development
Winner of the City Heritage Award
Wardrobe Court, the historic location of Henry VII’s wardrobe, is a charming, small scaled neighbourhood of the City of London, reminiscent of Hampstead. Not far from St Paul’s Cathedral, it was viewed by our clients as an ideal location for serviced apartments to serve the business community in what was to be one of the City’s earliest residential developments. The listed building required careful insertion of new elements into old fabric in a rolling development programme.
