This site forms the transition between the commercial frontage of Kings Road and the domestic conservation area scale of Radnor Walk. Our proposals for a mixed use development use traditional materials of stucco and stock brick in a contextual yet modern design to meet the rigorous requirements of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Anthracite modular brickwork creates a strictly modern and durable base to the street frontage.
