This 1.3Ha site in Londons Isle of Dogs reinstates the communities displaced by developments at Canary Wharf. The project comprises small scale affordable housing on the north side, rising in scale to high density mid-value for new residents on the south side. Since the site lies within the Thames Flood Plain, the internal arrangement of accommodation is strictly controlled.
The proposals were developed to planning application stage before the site became part of a land use swap.
